The Barrel Room

This 800 square foot event space under Pangea pays homage to the buildings amazing history built in 1896 for the Garden City Bottling & Liquor Company to store whiskey barrels.  Original 1900's arched brick and stone walls blackened from a 1925 fire mingle with contemporary lighting & furniture to make it a one-of-a-kind space for anything from wine tastings to private dinners to business lunches.  The space seats up to 25 people comfortably and is by reservation only.

Wine Barrels

Details

  • $150 rental fee - however, this is waived if the entire bill exceeds $1000.

  • Reservations require a minimum of 7 days advanced notice.

  • A credit card is required to hold the room + will be charged if minimum is not met.

  • $250 fee to cancellations made within 72 hours of event.

  • Banquet dinner menu available for groups of 16 or more.

  • Groups less than 16 may order from Pangea Restaurant menu.

  • Customized experiences are optional for parties of 16 or more. 

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • All events are subject to a 20% gratuity.

  • No glitter or confetti allowed - subject to a $150 cleaning fee.

  • Furniture may not be moved - subject to a $150 damage fee.

Menu Options

Standard Pangea Menu -

For groups of 15 or fewer. Guests may order food + beverages from our regular Pangea menu - including cocktails and wine by the glass or bottle. All items are prices as listed and subject to the $1000 minimum. Your event will also include a dedicated server.

Banquet Style Menu -

A personally curated, buffet-style dining experience available for parties of any size. You'll work with a dedicated coordinator to design a menu tailored to your event and guests. 

 

Private Paired Wine Dinner -

Our Chef and Sommelier will craft a custom five-course paired dinner for you and your guests, starting at $150 per person. 
 

Family Style Menu -

Preselect your menu options and we will bring out the perfect amount for you and your guests.
