Experience the finest dining experience in Missoula at Pangea's Chef's Table.  Nestled in a cozy room right next to our "kitchen theatre" you'll be served a custom designed 4 course meal by Chef Michael himself and a full wine pairing for each course with our in-house, WSET Level III Sommelier Kyle Riggs.  This intimate dining experience is nothing short of spectacular!

  • Four course menu prepared and presented by Chef Michael Wilson for $75/person

  • Four course menu with wine pairing by Sommelier Kyle Riggs $125/person 

    •  **Luxury wine pairing available upon request~ price TBD

  • Minimum of 6 people, maximum of 10.

  • Minimum of 7 days advance notice for a reservation.

  • A cancellation charge will be incurred without 48 hrs. notice.

  • 20% gratuity will be applied to the total bill

  • A 20% deposit is required.

* The Chef's Table is a fully customizable dining experience directed by Chef Michael.  He will accommodate dietary restrictions and work directly with you to create your perfect meal!

Reservations are first come, first serve and are only booked via phone.  Please fill out the form below and someone will contact you within a business day.  While our calendar is a good indication if that day is available, we can not ensure 100% accuracy and encourage you to fill out the form below regardless.  There may be other options for your desired date and time that we can make work!
