From the familiar team behind locally owned and operated Liquid Planet comes a Missoula establishment grounded in connection, community, and a love for providing incredible dining experiences. At the heart of our restaurant is a thoughtfully curated wine program - featuring our very own signature Pangea blend - and a culinary team whose talent and technique bring dining to life. Our ingredient-forward menu showcases globally inspired cuisine, thoughtfully crafted through a deep respect for tradition and a modern culinary perspective. We’re proud to celebrate Kyle Riggs, our in-house Level 3 Sommelier - an elite distinction awarded by WSET and an advanced level of wine and hospitality education. Other certifications include American Wine Expert, Napa Valley Wine Expert, and Italian Wine Professional. These achievements reflect not only his deep mastery of global wine knowledge but also a comprehensive understanding of the art and science behind winemaking.
Beyond theory, Level 3 Sommeliers embody flawless hospitality and refined skill. Kyle’s expertise represents a world-class standard that elevates the experience we offer every day at our establishment.

Brandon Cunningham
Shaped by a distinguished career in the culinary world, Chef Brandon Cunningham brings bold flavors and refined techniques to our kitchen. As the former executive chef of the nationally acclaimed Social Haus, he gained widespread recognition and became a two-time James Beard Award finalist - one of the highest honors in the hospitality industry - and the first-ever finalist from Montana. With his award-winning expertise, Chef Cunningham delivers exceptional flavor, creativity, and craftsmanship to every unique dish he creates.

Sophie is a pastry prodigy whose creativity and precision have transformed Pangea's dessert program into something truly exquisite. A proud Montana native, and graduate of Gallatin Culinary, Sophie has spent years perfecting her craft. Her dedication to balance, texture and flavor shines through in every bite - earning her local awards and community praise for her stunning patisserie and cakes. Sophie's artistic touch and love of baking are reflected in her thoughtful desserts, and shared with every guest who takes a bite.

Curtis Ames
Curtis is a passionate world traveler, with a deep love of hospitality, quality food, craft cocktails, and all things beer. From Montana to Belgium, he's explored breweries and beer halls across the globe, studying craft, culture and stories behind every pour. His world experience and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality shine through in everything he does. From curating Pangea's beer program to bringing local talent and soulful energy to our speakeasy Stave & Hoop, you can find him creating memorable experiences for each of our guests.
