About the Event
Join us at Pangea for a wine tasting & dinner hosted by Staglin Family Vineyards. Ticket includes a full 4 course meal prepared by Chef Michael Wilson paired with 4 exquisite wines from Staglin Family Vineyards. This is a unique opportunity to taste wines from a certified organic estate that has been sustainably producing grapes in Napa Valley for over 140 years. Course 1: Radicchio and Rocket Salad: celery root puree, spiced pistachios, pomegranate, toasted chevre ~ Pairing: 2019 Salus Chardonnay
Course 2: Smoked Trout Cake: preserved lemon, deviled egg, english pea puree, radish sprouts ~ Pairing: 2018 Staglin Chardonnay
Course 3: Seared Duck Breast: Thai red curry beurre blanc, brabant potatoes, daikon slaw ~ Pairing: 2018 Salus Benchlands Cabernet Sauvignon
