Join us at Pangea for an incredible evening with Justin Vineyards & Winery hosted by Justin Baldwin himself!  This intimate experience will be held in our "Barrel Room" and thus limited to a max guest list of 24.  The 5 course culinary experience will be prepared by Pangea executive chef Shay Sweeny, Sous Chef Beau Rose and Pastry Chef Jason Christian.  Each course will be masterfully paired with some of the best wines from the famous Justin Winery portfolio including ISOSCELES, their flagship label, styled after the famous First Growth producers of Bordeaux.  A blend based on Cabernet Sauvignon supported by Cabernet Franc and Merlot, ISOSCELES shows why Paso Robles is such a great place to grow these varieties.

Paso Robles’ distinctive microclimate offers the widest day-night temperature swings of any grape-growing region in California. The hot days allow the grapes to develop intense flavor, while the cool nights create great structure and balance.  Rich in fossilized limestone from eons of marine deposits, Justin's soil is ideally suited to creating big, Bordeaux-style reds and crisp Sauvignon Blancs. The limestone “stresses” the vines, producing grapes that fully express their varietal character, producing exceptional wines.

Ticket price is $175/person (does not include gratuity) and will be held in Pangea's Barrel Room.  Please note that the Barrel Room is located beneath Pangea and can only be accessed via traditional stairs.
