About the Event

Join us in our Barrel Room for an evening of food and wine featuring  Gerard Bertrand Wines of Southern France. Enjoy a 5 course dinner featuring 6 different wines prepared by Corporate Chef Justin Ferguson and our culinary team. Then expertly paired by our Sommelier Kyle Riggs and hosted by amabassador Alistair Pine. A Scotsman with a Master’s Degree in Wine and Spirits from Burgundy wine school – Alistair has worked in the French wine trade since 1999 for a select group of renowned wineries before joining Gerard Bertrand 15 yrs ago. Married to a French lady he has a daughter born in Bordeaux and a son born in the shadow of the Medieval Cite of Carcassonne.

Gerard Bertrand himself was named 2023 World Winemaker of the Year. He prides himself on being organic, biodynamic and being the leader in winemaking in Southern France!

Ticket price is $175/person (gratuity not included).  Limited to 24 guests and will be held in our intimate Barrel Room.
