Draught Works Beer Dinner

Join us for a night of incredible food and incredible local brews by Missoula's own Draught Works!  Chef Mike is serving up a 5 course meal, each course perfectly paired with a Draught Works masterpiece.  Tickets limited to 30, such that each table will be socially distanced.  Tickets are $65/ea (does not include gratuity)

COURSE 1

Blood Orange Caprese:  heirloom tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil pistou, lotus root, blood orange balsamic.

Pairing: Draught Works Blood orange Gose

COURSE 2

Crispy Pork Belly: cream ale mustard, artichoke relish, bacon tomato jam, burnt onion bark, sunflower sprouts

Pairing: Draught Works “That’s What She Said” Cream ale

COURSE 3

Sous-Vide Duck: confit duck leg, celery root puree, arugula, brown butter powder

Pairing: Draught Works Shadowcaster Amber Ale

COURSE 4

Bison Meatball: spicy pomodoro sauce, sage, parmesan tuile, beer foam

Pairing:  Draught Works Gwin Du Oatmeal stout

Pineapple Carpaccio:  habenero sorbet, mint pearls
