Pangea Private Catering offers custom private aviation catering solutions to the Missoula International Airport and surrounding area.   Whether it's private, executive, or charter, the Pangea Catering Team will work with you to meet and fulfill all requests you have to enhance your private air travel experience.

    Pangea Private AirCraft Catering is a division of Pangea Bar & Restaurant, one of the finest full service bar and restaurants located in downtown MisSOULa! 100% Missoula owned and operated and originally opened in 2020, Pangea offers a handmade menu serving American fare with a lot of global flavor!
  • Where's Your Menu? What Can I Order?
    We tailor-make each order we receive allowing you to request (almost) anything you can imagine, thus we do not currently offer a specific catering menu. Our imagination and creativity is limitless, however we do live in Montana and unlike larger cities and countries we may have some constraints at times on product availability and time allotted. We offer full customized options across all segments of food, beverage, and alcohol! Breakfast and lunch, main courses, snacks, pastries and baked goods, charcuteries and crudité, desserts, crew meals, kids meals, and restaurant pickups are among the favorites. Have a dietary restriction, cultural need, or allergy? Just let us know and we’ll gladly do our best to customize your order! We offer the widest selections of beer, wine and alcohol available in Montana! Montana has an incredible selection of local beers. Our own Pangea wine cellar offers hundreds of wine and champagne options sourced from around the world, along with thousands of labels available locally. And we provide full liquor options and accessories! We also offer special requests, personalized shopping, and any other needs we can fulfill to make your trip as comfortable as possible! Local newspapers and magazines, toys, pillows, blankets, pet treats and toys, gift baskets, floral arrangements, custom greeting cards, cabin supplies, glassware, birthday and celebrations requests, or any other personal shopping requests are gladly handled for you, delivered directly to your aircraft! We take pride in the quality of our food and strive to be remembered as your preferred caterer in Missoula. Our food is made from scratch with the freshest ingredients, cooked, cooled, and delivered just prior to departure. We do not deliver hot ready-to-eat items unless for a very special request or for restaurant pickup. While you can typically request a specific time, our deliveries are typically scheduled 1-2 hours before departure to create a smooth onboarding process for the flight attendants. Orders containing fresh food cannot be delivered any sooner since the product often is not meant to stay overnight in an FBO fridge and sustain its quality and integrity.
  • How Do I Order?
    To order and for any inquiries, please email Depending on the time of day, we will usually send back our response and/or a confirmation email within 12-24 hours.
  • What Does it Cost?
    Pricing is determined per order, based off factors such as order size, type of requests and sourcing required, complexity, and distance traveled. Quotes can be requested via email. We work hard to be transparent and communicate any necessary pricing changes, as final invoice pricing may be different depending on last minute changes, product availability, and requests. We charge a standard minimum $40 sourcing and delivery fee regardless of the size of order. This fee may be increased based off the size and complexity of an order. Rush order fees: We request orders to be placed and finalized within 24 hours Orders within 12 hours may be charged an additional minimum sourcing and delivery fee of $40 Orders within 6 hours may be charged a 25% additional charge Last minute catering requests are limited to availability and current workload
  • What If I Need To Cancel?
    We want you to enjoy your trip as stress free as possible and understand the unpredictable nature of private aviation, thus we are happy to work with you to manage any changes or delays. In the case of partial or full cancellation, for any reason (including canceled flights due to the inability to refuel, weather, mechanical problems etc...), because we customize your order, there are non-refundable charges that will be invoiced as follows: Orders canceled 24 hours or more prior to requested delivery time will not be charged. Orders canceled 12 - 24 hours prior to requested delivery time will be charged for all special shopping only (items we’ve had to source and pre-purchase in the preparation for your order) Orders canceled 6 - 12 hours prior to requested delivery time will be charged at a minimum of 50% of the total order. Orders canceled less than 6 hours prior to requested delivery time will be charged in full. Any changes or cancellation of the order MUST be submitted through email to ensure we both have a written agreement and record of events. All orders will be charged in full if there is a no-show at your destination. Ultimately, just please communicate to us ASAP if there’s an issue and we will do our absolute best to accommodate!
  • How Are Delays Handled?
    We are lucky to be in close proximity to the Missoula Airport giving us the ability to adjust if a delay happens, however Pangea Private Catering will not be held responsible for any delay due to any reason beyond our control such as traffic jams, accidents, road construction, weather conditions, vehicle break-downs, police activity, etc.. In the event of cancellation by Pangea Aircraft Catering, we will certainly communicate and apologize as soon as possible, and any sum that may have already been paid by the customer will be refunded.
  • What menu options can I choose from?
    Pangea Catering offers 6 main buffet-style experiences. This gives you plenty of unique options, and gives your guests some amazing globally inspired food they won’t forget, while keeping your costs much more reasonable as compared to custom plated catered dinners. Why do we offer catering like this? Well, that’s simple, we hear this all the time….you want great food, you want to be proud of what you’re serving, you want to wow your guests, and you’d like a more relaxed fun event…oh, and you don’t have an unlimited budget. You’ve come to the right place! Each experience provides every guest with a full meal and more, allowing them to serve themselves what they like and when they like. This allows much more flexibility, a more relaxed vibe, and often much less stress on the guests.
  • How Do I See The Menu and Place An Order?
    View our printable menu above, and use the form below to inquire about your date and any special requests, food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other needs. We will promptly get back to you within the next few business days. After confirming your order we will respond with an email and invoice, which will send you to our online payment portal. After payment is received, your order will be confirmed for delivery.
  • How soon do I need to place my order?
    We hand make every catering event fresh to order, requiring time to source and prepare ingredients, so in general we request and prefer a minimum 7 day notice. We of course will always accommodate the best we can, so please just ask!
  • What if I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions?
    We can handle practically any allergy and dietary restriction, so please provide detailed information when you contact us. All meals however are produced in a commercial kitchen and may contain trace amounts of nuts, gluten, eggs, and/or dairy.
  • What are the costs?
    Each menu item is priced individually so feel free to order as many as you like. Each order has an automatic 20% gratuity added to the total price of menu items, plus a required one-time $40 processing and delivery fee. Additional delivery and travel fees may be added for deliveries outside the Missoula area.
  • What happens if I need to make changes to my order?
    We understand changes do come up and we’ll do our best to work with you. Changes can typically and easily be made up to 72 hours prior to your delivery time. Just please contact us promptly and we will do our best to accommodate within reason.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my order?
    In the case of a cancellation, there will be a 50% refund up to 72 hours prior to your delivery date. No refund is given if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours.
