About the Event
Join us for a special edition of Wine Down Wednesday February 11th starting at 5pm. Treat yourself and all your favorite valentine or galentines to a decadent pairing. 4 small bite desserts created by pastry Chef Sophia Kelly expertly paired with wines by our Sommelier Kyle Riggs.
The event starts at 5pm and runs until 7pm. $40/guest. This is a walk-in event and limited to the first 36 guests, tickets are not required.

Choux au Craqueline - Salted Caramel, French vanilla pastry cream, caramelized white chocolate
Pairing: Borgo Scopeto, Vin Santo, Tuscany, Italy
Raspberry and Pistachio Tart - Raspberry curd, pistachio shortbread, meringue topping
Pairing: Broletto, Lambrusco, Italy
Flourless Chocolate cake- chocolate mousse, hazelnut ganache
Pairing: Chappellet, Mountain Cuvee, Red Blend, Napa Valley, California
Olive oil cake- Thyme, whipped ricotta
Pairing: Echolands, Syrah, Walla Walla Valley, Washington
