About the Event

Join us at Pangea for our first ever paired cocktail dinner event featuring an array of spirits by Diageo paired with delectable fare from Pangea Executive Chef Justin Ferguson. Hosted by Global Brand Ambassador Rasmus Just.

Ticket price is $150/person (gratuity included) and will be held in our intimate Barrel Room (accessed via the main entrance to Pangea and stairs down to the wine room level).  Tickets will be limited to 24 total guests for this exclusive event.

Lobster Beignet - tarragon aioli, caviar 


Tuna Crudo - Blood orange, jalapeno, Meyer lemon, basil, pomegranate 


Red Miso Lamb - Miso, sake, Gochujang, cucumber salad 


Ramen - Cured pork belly, 6-minute egg, chili, scallions 


Chilean Sea Bass Skewers - Miso, shiitake mushroom, dashi broth, bok choy

More on Rasmus Just:

Rasmus “Raz” Just is an internationally known brand ambassador and cocktail personality. With 20 years of global hospitality experience, Rasmus started his industry career as an owner/manager of a hospitality group in Denmark which included running two Cuban cocktail bars as well as major events and festivals. Then, he turned his considerable talents to the Diageo portfolio, where he has been the US National Scotch educator, a Senior Reserve Consultant in Miami, a Senior Diageo Reserve Ambassador in the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland), and a Zacapa Ambassador for Diageo Scandinavia. 

Known for his positive attitude and creativity, Rasmus enjoys managing his team, recruiting exciting new talent, and pushing the boundaries for better drinking experiences. Rasmus is a certified Cocktail and Flair Judge with the International Bartenders Association, completed the Malt Advocate course in Scotland and WSET3 spirits. He studied forwarding and shipping at Roskilde Handelsskole in Denmark. At the Struer Erhvervsskole business school, he focused on business law, international economics, marketing and business administration, and IT.
