Christmas Eve “Be a Hero” To-Go Dinner

Imagine spending your Christmas Eve NOT in the kitchen but you still have the perfect 5 star Christmas Eve dinner!   It's simple: pre-order, pick-up Christmas Eve day, pop in the oven an hour or so prior to the unveiling of your master culinary spread and ENJOY!  Price is $350 (serves 6-8).

The Menu (feeds 6-8):

Main: Smoked Whole Prime Beef Tenderlion: a 5 lb. 32 day aged prime black angus tenderloin smoked to perfection and sliced, served with au jus & horseradish cream sauce (GF, DF)

Salad (Choose 1):

- Caesar: parmesan, creamy anchovy dressing, garlic croutons (Can be GF without croutons)

- Cranberry Brussels & Kale Salad: cranberry maple tahini dressing, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, parmesan (GF, can be DF without Parmesan)

Sides (Choose 2):

- Creamed Spinach: veloute, spinach, parmesan (GF)

- Mac &  Cheese: four cheese mornay 

- Au Gratin Potatoes: Yukon gold potato, white cheddar, parmesan (GF)

- Butternut Squash Souffle: with cinnamon & sugar (GF)

Optional Add Ons:

- Additional Sides (pan serves 6-8)

- Organic Apple Cream Pie: organic whole wheat sour cream crust, raw cane sugar, cinnamon 

- Slice of Mt. Jumbo Carrot Cake: this is a 6-7 lb. slice, feeding 3-6 people

- Roasted Pear: roasted D'anjou pear stuffed with a cinammon and brown sugar streusel, drizzled with cherry coulis (GF, DF)

HOW IT WORKS!  PLEASE READ:

1.  Place your order on our ONLINE SYSTEM HERE OR on the phone 406~830~0807 (same options, though over the phone you'll have more wine by the bottle options).  Payment will be required at time of purchase.  ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY THURSDAY DEC 21st at 3p MST!  Cancellations will be refunded if cancelled 7 or more days prior to Christmas Eve.  We will call to verify every order 3 days prior to the event, so please include your phone number!

2.  If you have dietary restrictions please call versus placing the order online.

3. All packages will need to be physically picked up at Pangea (223 N. Higgins) between 9a-noon on Christmas Eve Dec. 24th.

4. Full cooking instructions will be included at pick-up but the lions share is done for you!  (Just enough so it "looks" like you cooked it yourself!)
