Adelsheim/Spotted Bear Wine & Spirits Dinner

Join us at Pangea for a truly unique dinner featuring Adelsheim Winery from Oregon and Spotted Bear Distillery from Whitefish Mt.  The evening will be hosted by Adelsheim's Angie Nomie and Chris Berning and Spotted Bear's Brant Giovannetti. Ticket holders will be treated to a pre-dinner Spotted Bear spirit tasting from 6-7p and a full 4 course meal prepared by Chef Michael Wilson paired with 3 exquisite wines from Adelsheim and 2 additional cocktails from Spotted Bear starting at 7p.  Ticket price is $125/person (does not include gratuity).  Limited to 24 people, all groups of guests will be socially distanced.

Coriander dusted Duck salad. Mache, frisee, champagne truffle vinaigrette, toasted goat cheese, poached pear, spiced walnut

Elk roulade. Goat cheese, kale, celery root purée, flathead cherry Demi-glacé

Pairing: Adelsheim Boulder Bluff Pinot Noir

Dessert

Pear and ginger tart. Agave Sabayon
